What this is
A planning tool. It helps you compare venues and vendors, keep track of what they have quoted and what they have told you, and manage your budget, guests and seating.
We are not a party to your bookings
Every arrangement you make is between you and that vendor. We do not take bookings, hold deposits, or act as your agent, and we never send email on your behalf — drafts are yours to send from your own address.
The figures here are read from documents
Quotes are extracted from what vendors send you, and anything the reader could not read confidently is put in front of you to confirm rather than guessed. Even so, the contract always wins: where our figure and a vendor’s stated rate disagree, theirs is the one that governs what you owe. Check the totals that matter against the document before you commit money to them.
Availability is what somebody said
A date shown as open records a claim a venue made on a particular day, with its age attached. It is not a reservation and it is not a guarantee. Confirm a date with the venue directly before you rely on it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in link and your guests’ RSVP links private — anyone holding one can use it. You can delete your wedding or your account at any time from their settings.
