Why it costs anything at all
The other planners are free because you are the product
Wedding platforms generally do not charge couples. They earn from the vendors listed on them — paid placement, lead fees, affiliate commissions on registries — which means the ordering of what you are shown is bought, and the guest list you build is worth something to somebody other than you.
One Simple Yes has no vendors to sell placement to. The venues and vendors you compare are the ones you entered, ordered by what they will actually charge you. Paying for the tool is what keeps that true.
No ads, no vendor marketplace, no guest information mining. Just your wedding, simply managed.
